Financial and wallet scope
Meta Wallet publication materials must be read with the app build submitted to App Review. Defi Oracle Meta is Chain 138 for app, wallet, explorer, and review materials. The app must not claim unsupported banking, brokerage, money transmission, cryptocurrency exchange, custody, lending, or investment functionality unless the submitted build and regional legal package support that claim.

The OMNL registry anchor is the member profile at d-bis.org/cb/omnl; filed corporate instruments and the Legal Authority Register remain the source of truth for legal authority and publisher verification.

- Documentation for financial, digital asset, identity, payment, or regulated features enabled in the reviewed build.

Meta Wallet should be presented as an OMNL-published app and not as affiliated with unrelated third-party wallet, social, exchange, or platform brands.
