OMNL Central Bank identity.
The approved OMNL identity uses the eight-point Maltese cross with sovereign gold, Hospitaller crimson, Maltese ivory, institutional black and charcoal.

The central-bank brand system is used for the public institutional root, mandate, reserve, statistics and accountability pages. Gold is used as an accent rather than body text; crimson is reserved for institutional seals, calls to action and heritage cues.

Monochrome use
Use the monochrome seal for high-contrast institutional documents, watermarking, engraved-style layouts, print reproduction, and contexts where metallic gold or crimson cannot be reproduced accurately.
Naming consistency
Use "Organisation Mondiale du Numérique L.P.B.C." for the legal name and "OMNL" only as the short institutional label after the full legal name has been presented.
