The public reserve picture is qualified, not empty.
OMNL is currently publishing a zero reserve-capacity figure, but that does not mean every monetary layer is zero. The same public API publishes a non-zero M00 value and a much larger M1 value. The unresolved issue is assurance quality: the live API proof quorum is not passed and the live API triple-state check is not aligned.
This page therefore treats the reserve record as a qualified transparency snapshot. It avoids three common mistakes: describing M00 as zero, converting unpublished M0 reserve detail into an asserted zero balance, or using non-policy SKR all-lines XAU figures as the policy reserve value.
- Published: reserve capacity, M00, M1, coverage ratio, proof-quorum count, and triple-state status.
- Not published: current M0 reserve amount.
- Not yet cleared: live proof quorum, live triple-state reconciliation, and independent reserve assurance.
