Data we may collect
- Account and contact data such as name, email address, phone number, login identifiers, support ticket content, and account status.
- Device and app data such as device model, operating system, app version, diagnostics, crash logs, security events, IP address, approximate region, and language.
- Wallet and transaction metadata needed to provide requested wallet features, such as public wallet addresses, Defi Oracle Meta (Chain 138) or other network identifiers, transaction references, balances displayed from public ledgers, and fraud-prevention signals.
- Identity, compliance, or eligibility data only where required for enabled regulated features, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, account recovery, or legal obligations.
- Payment or purchase data only when the submitted app build enables paid services, subscriptions, card payments, on-ramp/off-ramp functions, or other paid features.
How we use data
- Provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot Meta Wallet.
- Authenticate users, recover accounts, prevent fraud, and protect users from unauthorized access.
- Respond to user support, privacy, legal, and security requests.
- Meet applicable legal, compliance, accounting, tax, sanctions, and regulatory obligations for enabled features.
- Improve reliability and performance using diagnostics and aggregated operational metrics.
Third parties and sharing
We may share data with service providers that help operate Meta Wallet, including cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, security monitoring, identity verification, compliance screening, payment processing, and blockchain infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data.
App Store privacy label
The App Store privacy label must be completed from the submitted build and supporting SDK inventory. The working disclosure matrix is published at App Privacy Label support matrix.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal, dispute, or regulatory reasons. Users may request account deletion or data access at Privacy choices.
Children
Meta Wallet is not directed to children. If a submitted app build supports age-limited features, the app must enforce the age rating and regional eligibility rules represented in App Store Connect.
International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where OMNL or its service providers operate. We use contractual, technical, and organizational controls to protect data during transfer and processing.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where required, in the app or by direct notice.
