OMNL

Supervision

Supervision, licensing and resolution perimeter.

OMNL does not publish a prudential-supervisor mandate for unaffiliated firms on this public root. The public framework already distinguishes internal compliance oversight from any external supervisory or resolution function, and any such power must be tied to a published legal authority.
