Institutional disclosure completion
The current package adds the Legal Authority Register, Audit Timetable, committee remit pages, DBIS Oversight, Press hub, proof-status consistency, and richer public disclosure navigation.
Machine-readable release and revision records are published at /data/revision-log.v1.json and /data/revision-log.v1.csv.
