The app should include an account deletion entry point in account settings, profile, privacy, or a similarly discoverable location when account creation is enabled.

Meta Wallet account deletion.
If Meta Wallet allows account creation, the submitted app build must let users initiate account deletion from inside the app. This page provides the public support channel and reviewer evidence expectations.
Email fallback
Email privacy@omdnl.org with subject "Meta Wallet account deletion". Include the account email or user ID. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, full passwords, payment card numbers, or one-time codes.
Verification
Deletion requests are handled after reasonable identity verification. Some records may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, sanctions, legal obligations, or public blockchain immutability.
App Review evidence
- Reviewer notes should explain exactly where the in-app deletion workflow is located.
- Demo accounts should be deletable or resettable without support intervention.
- If the reviewed build does not support account creation, reviewer notes should explicitly state that no account is created.
