Regional availability for Meta Wallet.

Meta Wallet features, including Defi Oracle Meta (Chain 138) wallet workflows, must be enabled only in countries and regions where the submitted build, legal package, and operational controls support them.

Submission rule

Each App Store submission must include the supported countries and restricted countries for the exact build. Any regulated financial, payment, identity, custodial, cryptocurrency, exchange, lending, or investment feature must be disabled outside its supported region set.

Feature gating

Defi Oracle Meta is Chain 138 for network-selection, wallet, explorer, and reviewer materials.
Unsupported regulated features should be hidden or clearly unavailable in the app.
Reviewer notes should identify the region settings needed to test each enabled workflow.
Server-side feature flags should match App Store territory availability and legal evidence.
