Publication governance
Citation and source-rights guide.
Use stable OMNL publication URLs and identify the source, version, retrieval date and rights boundary for every material claim.
Required citation metadata
- Publication identifier and exact title
- Named publisher or issuing body
- Publication date or target-release status
- Stable URL and retrieval date for live data
- Authors and approved ORCID identifiers where available
- Bibliography and source-rights statement
- Document version and checksum where published
Publication status boundary
Registered or internally reviewed does not mean externally audited, peer reviewed, DOI-assigned, indexed, accepted or independently corroborated. A DOI, repository deposit, scholarly citation or external recognition must not be claimed until the external record exists.
